| How do I place my order? Any items can be ordered online through our secure shopping cart, phoned in on 1300 885 261 (local call cost) or emailed.
When emailing your order, please state your contact details, the items you would like to order and your chosen method of payment.
If placing your order by phone, please do so between our business hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Qld time, Monday - Friday. Back to top
| | How do I pay for my order? We accept two methods of payment:
1. Secure online credit card processing through Paypal OR
2. Direct Bank Deposit for Australian customers only.

| | How long will it take my order to arrive? Orders are usually dispatched within 4 days of your payment clearing.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your item has been shipped.
For Express Post Australia-wide, please allow 3 business days.
For standard letters, please allow 7 days Australia-wide and 10 days international.
